The Histochemical study of Phosphatase and Glycogen in Teeth supporting Tissue and Kidney of the Rabbit Given Calcium Phosphates

Abstract
This is the histochemical study of alkaline Phosphatase, acid phosphatase and glycogen in the teeth sup-porting tissues. In the adult rabbits, these are all detected from the lower incisors area and -their kidnies are also observed by Gomori¢¥s method and PAS reaction.
Moreover, With the rabbits which are given per os 0.5 g, 1.0 g, 2.0 g, and 5.0 g of calcium phosphate tase per one kilogram of weignt during ?daps, the reactions presented by the above enzymes are observed and come to the conclusions as follows.
1) Alkaline phosphatase tends to increase its reaction by obtainning calcium phosphate.
2) Acid phosphatase also slightly tends to increase its reaction on account of calcium phosphate.
3) In glycogen there is no reaction found.
